For our client, we are looking for an Nursery Employee to work in a high-end private nursery in Marseille's 8th arrondissement, in the popular Consulats district.
The establishment is a 400 m2 mansion with the same size garden.
The aim of this innovative, modern day nursery is to ensure the well-being of children and staff alike.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Job duties and responsibilities
- Welcoming children and parents
- Accompanying the child
- Communicating with families
- Identify children's physical, motor and emotional needs
- Constant supervision of children to ensure their safety
- Commitment to children's well-being and parents' satisfaction
- Development of adapted tools and activities
- Support in education and autonomy
- Listening and observation
- Interaction through educational activities
Profile requirement
- Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role (nanny in a private home, early childhood professional in a crèche)
- Experience in the luxury sector highly appreciated
- Diploma in nursery auxiliary, nursing or specialized education
- Excellent understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to respect confidentiality and discretion
- Warm, dynamic and flexible
- Excellent communication skills
- Artistic or cultural talents appreciated
- English or a second language would be a real plus
- Speak french
Job Conditions
- Job title: Nursery assistant in a private day care center
- Position to be filled : January 2024
- Workplace: Marseille, 8th district
- Employment contract: Full-time CDI at 35 hours per week
- Working hours: Monday to Friday. Working hours: 7:15 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Benefits: Mutual insurance, Public transport covered.
Nursery Employee Salary
Net monthly salary: €1,650 (depending on profile)
