We are looking for an experienced nursery employee for our client to work in a high-end private nursery in the 8th arrondissement of Marseille, in the sought-after Consulates neighborhood.
This establishment is a private mansion of 400 m2 and has an equivalent garden area.
This innovative and modern nursery aims for the well-being of children as well as its employees.
The position is available in January 2024 on a full-time permanent contract.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Welcoming children and parents
- Assisting the child
- Communication with families
- Identifying the physical, motor, and emotional needs of children
- Ensuring constant supervision of the little ones to guarantee their safety
- Commitment to the well-being of children and satisfaction of parents
- Development of suitable tools and activities
- Assistance in education and autonomy
- Listening and observation
- Interaction through pedagogical activities
Profile requirement
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (nanny in private homes, early childhood professional in a nursery)
- Experience in the luxury sector highly appreciated
- CAP AEPE (Early Childhood Professional Aptitude Certificate) essential
- Excellent understanding of child development and activities suitable for each age
- Organized and meticulous person
- Ability to respect confidentiality and discretion
- Warm, dynamic, and flexible person
- Excellent communication skills
- Artistic or cultural talents appreciated
- Speaking English or a second language would be a real plus
- French speaking mandatory
Job Conditions
- Job Title: Private Nursery Employee
- Position to be filled: January 2024
- Workplace: Marseille, 8th arrondissement
- Employment contract: Full-time permanent contract at 35 hours per week
- Working hours: Monday to Friday. Time range: 7:15 am to 7:30 pm

Nursery Employee Salary
- Monthly net salary according to working hours: €1500 (depending on profile)
