Terms & Conditions
As a candidate, the applicant undertakes hereby:
1) To ensure total confidentiality of information, documents, papers and intellectual property of any nature concerning clients of Morgan & Mallet Nannies, which may have become available or known to the candidate as a result of a job interview (physical, via telephone or Skype) or possible employment.
2) Not to use photo cameras, video cameras, mobile phones, smartphones and any sound recording devices during a possible meeting or employment with client.
3) Not post any comments, photos, videos or records on the Internet and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Google plus, Instagram, Blog and all others) after and while your interview, meeting or during your employment with the clients of Morgan & Mallet Nannies.
4) Not to disclose or resell any information concerning the address, telephone number, the composition of the family, the interior of the house and any other details about the client to a third party or company.
5) Not to solicit or contact (before and after the interview) the client of Morgan & Mallet Nannies directly for career, commercial or personal purposes.
6) Not to accept a job offer directly proposed by the client (even different) without notifying Morgan & Mallet Nannies.
7) To respect the confidentiality obligation set forth above.
8) The candidate agrees that he / she will not hold the agency Morgan & Mallet Nannies accountable for his / her remuneration or non-payment of the salary, his/her work contrat, and his /her work conditions offer from the Client, and acknowledges that the Client will be entirely responsible for his / her remuneration and his / her contract ending. Morgan & Mallet Nannies is only a contact provider between candidate and employer and declined all responsibilities.
9) The candidate agrees to provide his / her references and contact details of the current and ex-employers (email, telephone number and address) to Morgan & Mallet Nannies for reference checking and commercial purposes (e-mail campaign, phone calls, commercial letters).
10) The candidate agrees to receive via e-mail weekly newsletters from Morgan & Mallet Nannies. If the candidat doesn’t want to receive the newsletter anymore, the candidat may send an e-mail to contact@nannies.agency.
You acknowledge having been informed that in the case of non-compliance with the provisions above, you will bear full responsibility before the clients and the agency Morgan & Mallet Nannies who can legitimately assert a claim for compensation for any damage suffered as a result of violation of the present terms and conditions by the candidate.
This list is indicative and non-exhaustive, in addition to the damages that might be claimed.
You acknowledge the accuracy of the information provided in the application form.
All false information provided in the form or to the consultants of Morgan & Mallet cabinet Nannies (CV, reference letters, work certificates, identity card, diplomas, etc.) can be used against you with regards to your job or your dismissal.
