We are searching for a Nanny for our client to work within a high-end private daycare center located in the 8th district of Marseille, in the coveted Consulates neighborhood.
This establishment is a 400 sqm mansion with an equally spacious garden. This innovative and modern daycare center aims for the well-being of both children and its staff.
The position is available for a full-time permanent contract starting in October 2023.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Welcoming children and parents.
- Assisting with child care.
- Communicating with families.
- Identifying physical, motor, and emotional needs of children.
- Ensuring constant supervision of children to guarantee their safety.
- Commitment to the well-being of children and satisfaction of parents.
- Developing appropriate tools and activities.
- Assisting in education and fostering autonomy.
- Listening and observing.
- Engaging in pedagogical activities.
Profile requirement
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (nanny in private households, early childhood professional in daycare).
- Experience in the luxury sector highly appreciated.
- Diploma or certificate in early childhood education would be a significant advantage.
- Excellent understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
- Organized and detail-oriented individual.
- Ability to respect confidentiality and discretion.
- Warm, dynamic, and flexible person.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Artistic or cultural talents appreciated.
- Proficiency in English or a second language would be a real plus.

Job Conditions
- Position Title: Nanny in Private Daycare
- Position Available: Mid-October 2023
- Work Location: Marseille, 8th district
- Employment Contract: Full-time permanent contract (CDI) at 35 hours per week
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday. Time range: 7:15 AM to 7:30 PM.
- Benefits: Health insurance, public transportation covered, meal allowance, annual salary paid over 12.5 months + discretionary bonus.
Nanny Salary
Monthly net salary based on working hours: Starting from €2,000 (depending on profile)
