We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nanny to join a private family in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the all-around care and development of children in our home. This is a full-time position with a focus on providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities

• Childcare: Supervise and care for children in the employer’s residence. 
• Educational Activities: Plan and engage in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities. 
• Daily Routine Management: Oversee daily routines such as meals, naps, and playtime. 
• Safety and Well-being: Ensure a safe environment and attend to the children’s health and hygiene. 
• Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children. 
• Light Housekeeping: Undertake light housekeeping duties related to childcare, including laundry, and tidying up play areas.

Profile requirement

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a nanny or similar role. 
• Education: High school diploma required; additional qualifications in childcare or early childhood education preferred. 
• ​Skills: Excellent communication, patience, and organizational skills.
• Language: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• ​Certifications: First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

Job Conditions

• Schedule: Full-time, 40-50 hours per week. Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends required. 
• ​Contract Type: Permanent, with a 6-month probationary period. 
• Location: Private residence in Dubai. Live-out arrangement. 
• Travel: Occasional travel with the family may be required.

Nanny Salary

• Salary: AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
• Benefits: Health insurance, paid holidays, and annual return airfare to home country (for expatriates).
