Description of the Nanny/Housekeeper Job Offer

We are looking for a Nanny/Housekeeper for our client whose main residence is located in Val de Louyre et Caudeau (35 km from Périgueux and 30 km from Bergerac) in the Dordogne department, France. The Nanny/Housekeeper will be responsible for taking care of the children and ensuring the overall upkeep of the house.

Position available as soon as possible.
Permanent contract with accommodation provided.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities

• Accompanying and picking up the children from school.
• Assisting with children's activities and appointments.
• Maintaining the children's living spaces (bedrooms, bathroom, etc.).
• Organizing toys and children's belongings.
• Managing children's laundry (sorting, washing, ironing, and storing).
• Preparing meals for the family (family-style, balanced, and varied cuisine).
• Setting the table.
• Grocery shopping and other supplies.
• Managing food and cleaning product stocks.
• Running errands (pharmacy, dry cleaning, florist, etc.).
• Receiving deliveries and packages.
• On-demand childcare.
• Daily reporting to the parents.​

Profile requirement

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar professional environment.
• Dynamic, organized, and independent individual.
• Versatile and caring person.
• Someone who enjoys working in a rural environment.
• Confidentiality and discretion assured with the employer.
• French language fluency, English is a plus.
• Driver's license required.​

Job Conditions

• Job Title: Nanny/Household Employee.
• Position available: As soon as possible.
• Work Location: Val de Louyre et Caudeau (35 km from Périgueux and 30 km from Bergerac) - Dordogne, France.
• Employment Contract: Permanent contract.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Probationary period: 1 month, renewable.​

Starting from 2300 euros/net per month (depending on profile).
