A busy family of 4, including 2 young children aged 4 and 6, living in Mougins, is seeking an experienced Nanny / Household Employee (F/M) to take care of the children and manage the maintenance of their 400 sqm home. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced, discreet, and compassionate, with a professional and gentle demeanor.

They should be dynamic, accustomed to young children, and an excellent communicator, capable of organizing the family's daily life to support the working parents effectively.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities

• Ensure the well-being and safety of the children at all times.
• Pick up and accompany the children to school and their sports activities.
• Assist with bathing and caring for the children, including changing and dressing.
• Keep children's areas tidy and organized, including bedrooms, playroom, and dressing room.
• Promote learning and stimulate the children's development through age-appropriate educational activities.
• Provide a caring and reassuring environment for the children.
• Prepare simple, balanced, and family-oriented meals based on parents' instructions and preferences.
• General household maintenance and upkeep.
• Oversee household management tasks, including shopping, laundry, and maintenance schedules.
• Handle incoming deliveries and welcome external service providers when needed.
• Manage food and cleaning supplies inventory.
• Accompany the family on personal and/or professional trips.
• Provide additional babysitting as requested (evenings and weekends).

Profile requirement

• Speak French
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role with children of the same age in a similar environment.
• Professional and courteous attitude.
• Experience in the development stages of young children and knowledge of child development milestones.
• Energetic, dynamic, and well-organized individual.
• Detail-oriented and patient.
• Passionate and dedicated to their profession.
• Autonomous, reliable, and punctual.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility is required.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle for transporting children (insurance and mileage expenses covered).
• Proficient swimming skills and comfortable with water-based activities (sea outings and pool supervision).

• Employment Contract: Permanent (39 hours per week)
