A family living in Kensington is looking for a Tutor to help their 10-year-old girl with Science and Maths homework. The girl is a diligent and very curious student.
This is a long-term position.
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience working as a Tutor in a private family
- At least Bachelor's degree in education or degree in Science or Maths
- Fluent English
- Flexible
- Patient and funny
- Simple and inventive in explanation
- Friendly with children
- Driving licence
- First Aid certificate
Duties and responsibilities
- Tutoring Science and Maths
- Preparing additional lessons for the girl
- Assisting in doing the homework
- Providing an engaging approach in studying
- Motivating the girl to learn additional information in Science and Maths
- Providing different entertaining leisure activities
- Informing parents about their child’s progress
- Driving the girl from school, if needed
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 3 pm – 6 pm (flexible)
Accommodation
This is a live out position. Residing near the family will be a plus.
