Full Time Nanny Job Offer and Vacancy in Geneva, Switzerland
For a lovely family based in Switzerland, we are looking for a qualified mobile native English Nanny to take care of two children (4 y.o & 1,5 y.o). The elder started in Primary School while the younger sibling will be at home.
Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Full care of the 1,5 y.o baby during the day
- Setting up a daily routine with the baby (nursery duties)
- Occasionally cooking and baking for the little one
- Creating fun and stimulating activities
- Helping with development and education of the children
- Supporting learning and curiosity to the children
- Pick up the eldest from school
- Taking the child to/from kindergarten and to various activities
- Responsibility for the child’s laundry and spaces including bedrooms and playroom
- Keeping a diary and/or notify parents of school activities, medical appointments, developmental changes when needed
Profile requirement
- 3 years minimum teaching experience of EYFS (Early Years Fondation Stage) /International School/Montessori or other similar training
- A warm, friendly person with a clam and patient disposition and a « can do » attitude
- Energetic, happy to « muck in » and run around with the boys
- Curious mind who has a great ability to propose ideas for fun and educational activities
- Person with an interest in the arts (music, literature, dancing, art…)
- Comfortable to work in a small team
- Native/Fluent English speaker, French a plus
- Willing to travel with family (UK, Europe and on yacht)
- Full vaccinated COVID
