Full Time Travelling Live-in Maternity Nurse Job Offer and Vacancy in Zurich, Switzerland
Lovely couple welcoming their first child in September 10th 2021 is looking for a live-in maternity nurse in Zürich, Switzerland. The maternity nurse will need to be experimented in order to give advice to the mother, and accompany the child in his first months of life.
The position can either be a temporary maternity nurse position (the duration will need to be determined between 6-9 months depending on the child), or a permanent position should the maternity nurse become the nanny of the child.
The family travels extensively between London, UK, Zürich, Switzerland and Faro, Portugal.
The candidate will have to speak English, and German and/or French would be a plus. This role has to be filled from September 2021.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Helping the mother feeling comfortable after the birth of her child
- Giving advice to the mother prior to the birth of the child (helping purchasing the necessary
needs for the baby, helping organize the baby’s bedroom, giving advice for the bath...) - Helping/advising the mother with breastfeeding if she needs
- Ensure the wellbeing of the baby at all times
- Supporting the mother during night feeds
- Changing and bathing the baby
- Offering the baby a benevolent environment for his/her first foray into life
- Performing sleep training
- Packing the baby’s needs for every travels
- Weaning the baby properly to meet his growing nutritional needs
- Sterilizing baby bottles
Profile requirement
- Highly experienced candidate with minimum 5 years experience in private HNW/UHNW families
- Candidate used to an extensive travel pace
- Loving and caring person
- Able to give advice to the mother and be discreet
- Speaking English
- Speaking German and/or French would be a plus (especially for the permanent position)
