Rota Nanny in Kyiv, Ukraine
Full Time Rota Nanny Job Offer and Vacancy in Kyiv, Ukraine
An International Family that usually lives in Kyiv, Ukraine, but spends a few months every winter in Dubai is looking for two Rota Nannies (one English speaker and another one Russian speaker) for a 3.5 yo boy. This is a permanent long-term position.
The family is also expecting a daughter to be born in November 2021.
The Nannies will primarily be responsible for taking care of the boy, and they are not expected to do any housework.
The boy speaks both Russian and English, and the family would like one of the rota nanny to be Russian speaking and one English speaking.
Start: As soon as possible.

Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- Taking care of the morning routine (bath, breakfast)
- Accompanying the child to school (with the driver)
- Picking him up
- Feeding lunch
- Putting him to nap
- Playing with him in the afternoon or taking him to activities
- Dinner time
- Putting him to sleep
- Keeping the baby monitor in the night, though at 3yo he's already sleeping through the night
Profile requirement
- Experience in a similar position
- Very organized, a bit neat-freak
- Someone who stays very calm under all circumstances, and will help ground the child even when he’s throwing a tantrum.
- Well versed in child psychology and modern education principles.
- On the scale between stern and loving, they family wants someone in the middle, whom the child will still like, but that will be respected as much as a teacher than as a friend.
- Smeone with enough energy to want to do a lot of activities like run, play sports, organize fun activities, etc
- Someone who understands it’s not her own child, and will ask the mom before taking decisions, and will never ask the child to keep problems from his mom
Job Conditions
- Schedule : Current rotations are 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off, though the family is flexible especially when they are travelling.
- Accommodation : Nannies will have separate accommodations on the property with en-suite bathrooms
