Nanny Job offer and Vacancy
A young high profile family with 3 children (new born in March 2019 and 2 boys 17 months and 4 years old) is looking for a nanny in Dallas, TX, USA. The nanny will work in a team with 2 other nannies and could be lead in the team depending on experience.
The nanny will accompany the family on their frequent domestic and international trips. The right candidate must have Montessori or similar experience and be a real team player.
Start: As soon as possible, before March 2019. Accommodation will be provided only while traveling.
Requirements
· Experience of working for high-profile families
· Experienced in Montessori or similar methods
· Fluent English, other languages will be a plus
· Able to follow instructions
· Available for traveling
· New baby experience will be a plus but not essential
· Able to work in a team with mutual respect
· Good time management skills
· Able to multitask and help other staff in needed
· Discreet
Duties and Responsibilities
· Look after the children
· Take the children to/from nursery, school and after-school activities
· Manage kids’ busy calendar
· Organize activities for the children
· Educate children, stimulate development through activities and games
· Teach good manners according to the parents’ expectations
· Teach the children a foreign language if the nanny speaks any
· Bathe and dress the children
· Wash and iron children’s clothes, wardrobe management
· Maintain the children’s play area
· Regularly infrom the parents about the kids’ progress
· Take children to see a doctor with parents’ permission
· Follow hygiene and safety rules
· Babysitting
· Travel with the family
· Help other staff in the house if needed
Schedule: 40-50 hours/week, 8-hour shifts (morning or evening shifts), certain flexibility is required
Package: Around $60,000 per annum + excellent benefits
