Our client is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join family as a live-in Housekeeper and Nanny (M/F) for their 3-year-old daughter. The ideal candidate (M/F) will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized home environment and providing attentive and nurturing care to the little one.

The position requires someone who is reliable, experienced, and has a genuine love for children. Dog Friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping:

• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all rooms of the house.
• Manage laundry, including washing, drying, folding, ironing, and putting away clothes and linens.
• Prepare and cook healthy meals and snacks for the family.
• Handle grocery shopping and running errands as needed.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and household items.
• Perform occasional deep cleaning tasks such as cleaning windows, baseboards, and appliances.

Nanny (M/F) Duties:

​

• Provide attentive and loving care to their 3-year-old daughter.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to stimulate her development.
• Ensure her safety and well-being at all times.
• Assist with potty training and personal hygiene.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
• Help establish and maintain a consistent daily routine.
• Take her to and from scheduled activities and appointments and Nursery.
• Assist with bedtime routines, including reading stories and getting her ready for bed.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding her progress and any concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a housekeeper and nanny (M/F) is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe home environment.
• Genuine love for children and a patient, nurturing demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Conditions of job:

​

• Live-in, long term, permanent position.​
• Flexible schedule, includes 2-week vacation at Christmas time.

​

Salary

$28 - $30 per hour, overtime pay on weekends.
