Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate live in Maternity Nanny to care for a newborn in the client’s home based in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have specialised knowledge in infant care and development and a nurturing and patient approach to childcare.

Responsibilities

Providing full-time care for the baby including feeding, diapering, bathing, and soothing.
Maintaining a sleep and feeding schedule.
Preparing food for the baby
Taking the baby outside.
Monitoring the baby development and health, reporting any concerns.
Engaging the baby in age-appropriate developmental activities.
Assisting with baby-related housekeeping duties and maintaining the cleanliness of the baby's area.
Providing guidance and support to the parents on infant care.
Ensuring a safe environment for the babies at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Maternity Nanny, specifically with newborns.
Qualifications in childcare, nursing, or a related field, with a focus on early childhood development.
Excellent understanding of newborn care, including nutrition, sleep training, and developmental milestones.
A caring, patient and professional demeanour.
Know how to stimulate the baby’s knowledge.
Attention to detail.
Good communication skills in English.
Excellent organisational skills.
Confident.
Reliable, trustworthy, and discreet.
Able to manage tasks independently.

Work conditions

Flexibility to work according to the baby schedule, including nights and weekends, if required.
Working hours: 6 days out of 7. Day work and night support if needed.
Breaks will be provided during the day.
Permanent and full-time contract.
This is a live in position.
The family travel on a regular basis.
You will be required to travel with them.
Passport ready.
Start date: Immediately till May 2025
