Job description

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Live-In Nanny/Housekeeper to provide comprehensive support in managing their household and caring for their two wonderful children in Jumeirah, Dubai.

The family has high standards and values attention to detail, making prior experience in similar settings highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for the care of the children, including engaging in play, feeding, and interactive experiences.
Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the children's rooms.
Preparing simple family meals.
Performing housekeeping duties.
Handling laundry and ironing tasks.
Mopping and vacuuming
Washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens.
Making and changing of all beds.
Handling delicate fabrics and ensuring proper care.
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and tidiness are maintained throughout the property.
Wardrobes management.
Deep cleaning, when necessary.
Regular fridge checks, discarding expiry items in a timely organised manner.
Grocery shopping and coordination.
Act as a House manager/Senior to other staff.
Light cooking for the family, preparing snacks for the children.
School drop-off in the morning and pick-up early in the afternoon.
Arranging playdates.
Taking children to extracurricular activities.
Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of VIP events and parties, ensuring all details align with the family’s preferences and expectations.
Welcome and attend to guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their needs are met promptly and discreetly.

Requirements

Fluent in English plus written.
Kind, caring, and mature.
Very organised.
Team Player.
Trustworthy and professional.
Flexibility in adapting to changing schedules and requirements.
Proven experience working as a Housekeeper in UHNW or VIP households.
Demonstrates excellent references.

Work conditions

Start Date: January 2025
Live-In position.
6-day work schedule with Saturdays or Sunday off .
Driving License (Not essential).
Salary - Excellent - D.O.E
