Job description

An active family of 4, including 2 young children aged 4 and 6, living in Mougins, is seeking an experienced Nanny/Household Employee (M/F) to care for the children and take care of their 400 sqm house, as well as occasionally prepare simple and balanced meals for the family.

The ideal candidate will be highly experienced, discreet, and caring. They should have a positive, professional, gentle, and dynamic nature, and be accustomed to young children. A very good communicator, the candidate will be able to efficiently organize the family's daily life to relieve the workload of the working parents.

Responsibilities

Ensure the well-being and safety of the children at all times
Pick up and accompany the children to school and their sports activities
Bathe and care for the children, including changing and dressing them
Maintain order in the children's dedicated spaces: bedroom, playroom, and dressing room
Promote learning and stimulate the children's development by proposing educational activities appropriate to their developmental stages
Provide a caring and reassuring environment for the children
Prepare meals upon request, following the parents' instructions and preferences: simple, family-oriented, and balanced cuisine
General housekeeping duties
General household management (grocery shopping, pick up/drop off dry cleaning, maintenance schedule, etc.)
Manage laundry: washing, folding, ironing, and organizing
Welcome external service providers, receive mail and packages
Manage food and cleaning supplies inventory
Accompany the family during personal and/or professional travels
Extra babysitting upon request (evenings and weekends)

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position with children of the same age and in a similar environment
Professional, formal, and courteous attitude
Experience in child development and knowledge of key developmental stages
Energetic, dynamic, and organized
Attentive and patient
Professional and passionate about their work
Independent, reliable, and punctual
Good communication skills
High level of flexibility required
Valid driver's license and vehicle for transporting the children (insurance and mileage expenses covered)
Must know how to swim and be comfortable with water activities (boat trips and pool supervision)
Must speak French

Employment contract: Permanent (39 hours per week)
