Job description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Travelling Rota Nanny ( 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off) to provide exceptional childcare support for a 2-month-old baby and 4.5-year-old twin girls.

As a Traveling Rota Nanny, you will join a dynamic and well-traveled family, accompanying them on their worldwide adventures while ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children.

Start: June 2023, permanent position.

​Comfortable accommodation will be provided in each location (outside the family house).

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care for the 2-month-old baby and 4.5-year-old twin girls, ensuring their safety, health, and happiness at all times.
Establish a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children, encouraging their physical, intellectual, and emotional growth.
Create and follow a consistent daily routine that includes feeding, diaper changing, nap times, playtime, educational activities, and bedtime routines.
Organize and engage the children in age-appropriate games, creative play, and educational activities, fostering their cognitive and social development.
Accompany the family on their travels to various international destinations, including London, Paris, Portugal, the US, and more.
Collaborate closely with the parents, the family PA, and household staff to ensure seamless communication and teamwork.
Assist with packing and organizing children's belongings for travel, including passports, travel documents, clothing, toys, and other essentials
Managing the children's wardrobes
Maintain a tidy and organized environment, including the children's toys and play areas
Plan the children's menus with the chef, ensure they are properly nourished
Keep detailed records of the children's activities, milestones, and any important information, and provide regular updates to the parents.
Foster a positive and respectful relationship with the children, promoting good behavior, manners, and self-discipline

Requirements

Previous experience working as a nanny for private families
Experience with newborns and multiple children.
Valid certifications in First Aid for infants and children.
Excellent understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
Emotionally resilient, able to perform well under stressful situations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing schedules.
Flexibility to travel extensively and work on a rotating schedule of 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the parents, staff, and other nannies.
Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
Clean driving licence and willingness to assist with driving duties during travels.
A genuine passion for working with children, demonstrating patience, warmth, and a nurturing nature.
Fluent English, and knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage

Work conditions

Position to be filled : June 2023
Schedule: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off (no nights)
