We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nanny to provide exceptional care for a newborn in Emirates Hills, Dubai. This role requires flexibility with working hours, including both day and night shifts, to accommodate the family's needs.
The ideal candidate will be nurturing, reliable, and skilled in newborn care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for the baby’s development. This position will start on the first week of September 2024.
Key Responsibilities:
- Newborn Care: Provide attentive and loving care for the newborn, including feeding, diaper changes, and establishing sleep routines.
- Health and Safety: Monitor the baby’s health and safety, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
- Developmental Support: Engage in activities that support the baby’s developmental milestones, such as tummy time and sensory stimulation.
- Parental Support: Assist and provide guidance to parents regarding newborn care and routines as needed.
- Flexibility: Adapt to the family's needs by being available for flexible working hours, including night shifts and weekends as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience caring for newborns or infants, with a strong understanding of newborn care and safety.
- Excellent knowledge of developmental milestones and infant care techniques.
- Patience, compassion, and a nurturing demeanor with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including both day and night shifts.
- Ability to work harmoniously with the family.
Working Conditions:
- English speaker is a plus.
- Position: Nanny.
- Start date: First week of September 2024.
- Workplace: Emirate Hills, Dubai, UAE.
- Employment contract: 6 months to 1 year contract - Live out Position.
- Schedule will be 8AM to 9PM (12 hours to 13 hours).
- Sponsorship will be provided. Medical insurance, Flight tickets, and VISA.
