My career path is marked by a Master’s degree and I’m involved in human resources. I have experience as a personal assistant to VIPs and have gained valuable experience in managing interpersonal relations and confidentiality. My role was to meet the varied needs of my employers with efficiency and discretion. I now put this versatility to good use in my current position, where I help optimize HR processes and foster a collaborative and fulfilling working environment.

From his 13 years of experience as an office manager in a renowned establishment to his involvement in the financial accounts of the 2022 presidential campaign, Hugo demonstrates versatility, organization, and efficiency in administrative and accounting management. He has a proven ability to work in demanding environments and handle crucial responsibilities with precision and effectiveness.

I’ve been the co-founder of the Morgan Mallet International agency since 2014 and I recruit staff with as much passion and motivation as ever. Our prestigious clients have been placing their trust in us for 11 years now! I studied cookery and was trained at the Ferrandi school in Paris, I was able to study at the Plaza Athénée hotel. I then moved to London to work as a nanny for a HNW family before setting up the Morgan Mallet International agency.

An entrepreneur at heart, I’ve been working in the luxury goods industry for 20 years. Recruitment has always been a passion for me, because this profession fulfils all the criteria necessary for human understanding. I’ve also had the good fortune to meet some of the world’s wealthiest people from a wide variety of backgrounds. It’s also a real pleasure to place candidates in the jobs of their dreams.

After around ten years’ experience in car finance, I’ve moved into the world of private home staff at Morgan & Mallet International. I’m very happy to hold the position of Office Manager, I do my best to satisfy the needs of my colleagues and the requirements of our customers.
