Nanny/housekeeper in Paris, France

Family based in Paris, France is looking for a nanny/housekeeper for a permanent live-in position. The family are British in origin but moved to Paris that is why the ideal candidate should speak English and French fluently. 

The family has two energetic and curious boys (3 and 4 years-old) and one Yorkshire terrier dog. The candidate has to be patient, pet-friendly and love children. Cooking is not required as there is a live-out cook in the house.

• Degree in childcare will be a plus
• Driving license (family car is provided) 

Duties and responsibilities

• Feeding the children 
• Keeping their clothes neat and tidy
• Keeping the children’s room in order
• Bathing and dressing the children
• Entertaining them and playing all kinds of games
• Spending at least 2-3 hours per day outside
• Driving the boys to their swimming classes (twice a week)
• Teaching the kids to speak French 
• Putting the kids into bed
• Maintaining a safe environment for the boys
• General housework (washing, ironing, hoovering, making beds, etc.)
• Walking and feeding the dog
• Running errands 

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 8am – 6pm

Accommodation

This is a live in position. Separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette in the house is provided. 

Salary

Negotiable/depends on the candidate’s profile
